After you have purchased an online education product from the Apex Store, you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail that will have links to register your online education program and to create a new student account on the Apex website.
When you purchase your online education program, you will have the option of specifying a one, two, or three year term. Once your term has expired, you will still be able to login to your Apex account, but will no longer have access to the courseware. Of course, you can always extend your term by calling customer service at 1-337-216-4599 ext. 112.
To access your online education program, navigate to www.apexinnovations.com and login using your new account information (Login is on the left side of the webpage).
After you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail that will have links to any downloadable products that you have ordered.
The return process is spelled out on the Terms of Use page.
Call us at 1-337-216-4599 ext. 112 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on any physical items you wish to return. Note that there are certain restrictions on products that may be returned (see the Terms of Use for details).

We recommend Internet Explorer 7.0+, Firefox 1.5+, Safari 3.1+, Chrome 1.0+, or Opera 9.64+ to use the Apex Store. Additionally, you'll need to have cookies turned on in order to add products to your cart. Javascript is optional, but recommended.
To place an order on the website, and for your security, you will have to Sign In to your account (you will need to create a new account if you don't have one). If you are a current Apex courseware user, this account is not the same as your courseware account; however, you may use the same login and password if you wish. To sign in, you may either click on Sign In in the menu above, or just procede to checkout.
Every time you add an item to your Shopping Cart, you will be redirected to the Shopping Cart page. Additionally, by clicking on the cart icon (on the right side of the menu above), you will be directed to that page.
On that page you may edit the quantity of, or even delete (by setting the quantity to zero), items in your cart. Remember to click on the 'Update' button whenever you change quantities, or terms on online courseware, to make sure your cart correctly reflects the items that you want to purchase.
You may edit any information in your user profile by clicking on the Your Account menu above after you have signed in. On the Your Account page, you may edit your e-mail address, name, credit card and shipping address information.
To view your purchase history, Sign In to your account and then click on the Your Account menu item in the menu above. You will see a list of the purchases you've made near the bottom of the page. You can click on each purchase to view its details.
To view any product keys for online courseware purchases, Sign In to your account and then click on Your Account in the menu above. You will see a list of your 'Purchase History' at the bottom of the page. You can click on the relevant purchase to view its details, including any product keys.
You can purchase items from the Apex Store using any of the following card types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Credit card purchases from within the United States require a U.S. billing address for the credit card used. The Apex Store does not accept checks, money orders, or other forms of payment. Items in your Shopping Cart reflect the most recent price. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart.
Shipping prices and taxes depend on where the item is to be delivered. There is no shipping charge for software downloads or online courseware, of course, but there may be tax, depending on state and federal tax laws. The final price of a purchase, including shipping and tax, is calculated for the order before you actually make your purchase.
Shipping fees are based on the shipment method. You have the option to select the shipping method at the time of purchase. We can ship via any option that FedEx supports to your address.
The Apex Store cannot ship to P.O. boxes or personal mailboxes. FedEx requires a full street address. Rural route numbers are also okay, but may take some extra time for the package to reach its final destination. Physical/non-downloadable items are shipped Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
You may use the website to track your order. Once you are signed in, click on the Your Account menu item and look for the 'Purchase History' towards the bottom of the page. Additionally, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking information as soon as we ship the product(s).
